- Acting as Principal Contractor, DPS Northern completed an internal and external refurbishment of Queensgate, a large executive residential apartment building based in the affluent location of Kensington, London. Working in close conjunction with the Private Management Committee, we carried out extensive refurbishment of a traditional and highly sought after residential location.
- DPS Northern executed all enabling works, contracted scope of work and demobilised from site within 20 weeks. Contract value circa £300K.
